• Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter production.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made-to-order:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@freeourbeaches.com within 14 days of delivery, providing clear images, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
