Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s our rally cry. We believe Florida’s beaches and coastlines everywhere should be open to the public, not fenced off for the few. We exist to protect public beach access through advocacy, awareness, and wearable support.

  • A significant portion of every sale is donated to organizations like the Surfrider Foundation and others fighting to preserve public access to beaches through legal action, education, and local advocacy.

  • We source all our shirts from top-tier brands like Bella+Canvas and American Apparel, known for ethical production and high-quality materials. We prioritize 100% cotton and avoid synthetic blends whenever possible. All items are printed on demand to reduce waste and overproduction.

  • Our apparel features unisex fits with a relaxed, beach-friendly feel. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the right fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for that laid-back vibe.

  • Not yet, but we're working on it. Currently, we ship to anywhere in the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and eager to represent the brand, please drop us a message, and we’ll keep you informed.

  • Because our gear is made-to-order, returns are only available for items that arrive damaged or misprinted. If that’s the case, just contact us within 30 days, supply us with some pics of the problem, and we’ll make it right. At this time, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, so be sure to check the fit guide before ordering.

  • Wear the message. Share the story. Sign up for email updates to hear about action opportunities and local campaigns. You can also support partner organizations like the Surfrider Foundation who are on the front lines of the fight.

  • We're a small, salty crew of locals and surf-minded citizens who got tired of watching the beach shrink behind fences. This brand is our way of pushing back with purpose, with passion, and with apparel that speaks up.
